Terms and conditions
This page centralizes scope and operating constraints so they do not interrupt each solution page.
General scope
What this site does and does not cover
- The site describes capabilities, delivery models, and historical references; it does not replace a contractual proposal.
- Each catalog line states its level of evidence: with published cases, with documented practice, or as a declared capability.
- Final project conditions are confirmed in writing before kickoff.
Pricing and estimates
What figures this site publishes
We do not publish project pricing. The price of a build depends on scope, existing technical debt, integrations, and requirements discovered during execution. A number published without a declared scope does not inform — it anchors. That is why a project amount is delivered in writing after a technical conversation.
The only figure published on this site is the monthly operations plans, because coverage does not depend on the project: it costs the same for everyone. Amounts are monthly, in Mexican pesos, before tax.
